Shipping and Handling
Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday or subsequent business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Seldom Seen ships within the United States, Canada and the UK via USPS. All international shipments may be subject to international taxes and duties and are to be paid by the recipient. Seldom Seen is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Web Order Return Policy
For all online purchases at seldomseen.co, Seldom Seen gladly accepts returns of full priced merchandise for refund, exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached. Sale merchandise, intimates/boxers, sunglasses, hats, handbags, jewelry and any other items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes must be returned with the original, undamaged shoe box.
- Merchandise must be returned in store or mailed back to Seldom Seen within 7 days of the initial delivery date, as shown by carrier tracking.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment minus shipping charges, which are non-refundable, for the return of full priced merchandise.

Online Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 7 days. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
- Full priced merchandise purchased with a discount/promo code are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
- Discount/Promo Codes can not be applied to exchanged items.
- No price adjustments on previous purchases in which a discount/promo code was used.
Seldom Seen does not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Sale merchandise, intimates/boxers, sunglasses, hats, handbags, and jewelry are a final sale.
- A sale item is merchandise that is marked down from its original price.
- Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Seldom Seen is happy to accommodate exchanges for any items eligible for return, based on stock availabiility. Merchandise must be returned in store or postmarked within 7 days of the initial delivery date, as shown by carrier tracking.
- For an exchange, please first email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the item is in stock.
- If in stock, Seldom Seen will secure the item and will process your exchange once we receive it.
- Domestic shipping is complimentary on all exchanges.
Retail Store Return Policy
For all purchases made in the Seldom Seen retail store, Seldom Seen gladly accepts returns of full priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached. Sale merchandise, intimates/boxers, sunglasses, hats, handbags, jewelry and any other items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes must be returned with the original, undamaged shoe box.
GIFT POLICY: Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt to receive the price paid. If not accompanied by a gift receipt, exchange or store credit will be at the current price.
